carrot kheer

 Recipe:
 Ingredients                                                                       
 Carrot-4 nos medium size
 Sugar -1 cup 80gms
 Milk  - 400 ml
 Cardamom-2 
 Badam-finely choped 1tsp

 Preparation:
 Chop carrot into small pieces
 Finely chopped badam
 Method:
1. Add carrot to a cooker or in a pan with little amount of milk or water and boil it.
2. Once the carrot is cooked blend it into a fine paste by adding sugar to the the puree.
3.Now add boiled or cooled milk to this carrot and sugar mixture as per your consistency
4.Add finely sliced Badam and cardamom and keep it in refrigerator

serve this healthy delicious carrot kheer to your loved ones..
